Make your team hum!

 

1. All team members should be present at each team meeting.

2. If you cannot make a team meeting, contact all other team members and your facilitator to schedule another time for the meeting - as far in advance of the scheduled time as possible.

3. All team members should ensure that all other team members will be present at the team meetings. If you suspect a team member has "forgotten", call him/her before the meeting.

4. Arrive at the meeting on time - start on time. Don't waste others' time.

5. Come to each meeting prepared to contribute.

6. Make sure you ask all your team members to contribute at each meeting.

7. An instructor will sit in on most, if not all, of your team meetings, but only as an observer, Do not expect her/him to start or guide the meetings in any way. What you cover in the meetings and how you direct your work is your responsibility.
